1. Shared Responsibility Architecture

prismtechsystems.in operates its infrastructure under a Shared Responsibility Model. While the Company deploys enterprise-grade security protocols to protect the overarching network architecture, the User is solely and absolutely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, employing secure network connections, and mitigating local endpoint vulnerabilities.

2. Enterprise-Grade Cryptography and Access Vectors

The Company utilizes robust, industry-standard cryptographic algorithms (such as AES-256 or superior) for the encryption of sensitive Data at Rest and TLS 1.2+ protocols for Data in Transit. Access to our internal production environments is strictly governed by the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP), mandatory multifactor authentication (MFA), and zero-trust network topology.

3. Disclaimer of Absolute Security

Notwithstanding our rigorous defensive posture, no digital transmission or electronic storage matrix is completely impregnable. The Company expressly disclaims any guarantee of absolute security against sophisticated persistent threats, zero-day exploits, or coordinated state-sponsored cyberattacks. The User assumes all inherent risks associated with the digital transmission of data.

4. Incident Response and Mandatory Reporting

In the event of a verified data breach compromising User PII, the Company shall execute its Incident Response Protocol. Notifications to affected Users and relevant statutory authorities shall be executed in a commercially reasonable timeframe, strictly adhering to the mandates of applicable cybersecurity jurisprudence.
